How to Signup?

You have to click on the signup button on the website homepage, fill your details and start using our services. You can also signup using your google account. 

How to Login in my Salzbay account?

For login you have to enter your email id and password which was used during the signup.

Once I login what all information can I see in my profile?

After login you can see your personal information connected to your account such as name, number email address and your connected google accounts with Slazbay. Here you can also edit account information.

How to add Agent?

To Admin has to select the team In which he wants to add agent. The admin has to put the agents email address and decide his role as per the requirement.  The agent will receive an email link in which he has to click and follow the process to signup. After the process is successfully completed the agent can login in Sazlbay and start using it.

How to upload data in Salzbay CRM?

To upload the data the admin has to login and select Dashboard. Once in Dashboard the admin has to select 6th icon on the left named as customers and then click on import. Once you click import a popup will open where you can upload the data in the CSV format.  You can download the sample data and use the same format to upload you data.  

Please Note:   

  • The Data File should be in a CSV Format.  
  • The Data will only get uploaded in the system if the format is correct as mentioned in the sample file.
Where can I see uploaded contacts in the CRM? 

The uploaded contacts in the CRM can be seen in the Customers Page. The Admin/ Agent can add unlimited contacts in the crm. A user can add important information such as lead source, campaign name and stage type on a single or bulk contacts. 

Please Note:   

  • At one time the maximum contacts you can upload in the CRM is 10000. The unlimited uploads of contacts is based as per our Fair Usage Policy. 
How to transfer Customer/ Leads?

In the Dashboard the user has to select customer transfer and put the agents name to which he/she wants to transfer the lead. A user can transfer a single or bulk leads to another agent. 

Please Note:   

  • In the single customer transfer the agent has to insert customers mobile or name to find his profile. Its recommended to insert customers mobile number to find his profile to avoid wrong transfer.  
  • In the Bulk Transfer the all the customers will be transferred in one go.
How to check customer's profile?

Once in Dashboard the user has to select the 6th icon on the left named as customers after which the user can search the customer using his name/ phone number and click on his customers name to check the profile.

How to add a single customer?

Once in Dashboard the user has to click on customers and then click on add customer. Add the customer details in the popup and click on save and new customer will be added on the CRM.  

Please Note:   

  • You cannot add 2 customers with same mobile number.
How to add Projects?

Once in Dashboard the user has to click on Projects icon and then click on add projects. The user can add new or resale projects. We have already created smart boxes and you just have to enter the values and save the information. We have also given customized filters so the agents can filter and see the desired property.  

Please Note:   

  • You only have to add values in the boxes and our system will automatically capture all the information.  
  • Agent can share the project/property information directly from CRM through Email/WhatsApp
How to add Deals?

Once in Dashboard the user has to click on Deals icon and then click on add deals. We have already created smart boxes with all important information which is required in a Deal. The admin has just has to enter the values and save the information. 

Please Note:   

  • Only the Admin has the access to add/edit he deals in the system.  
  • An agent with admin rights can also add/edit the deals in the system.
What are the Stages in customers page?

Stages are the outcomes of the lead, in simple language its call tagging. An Admin/Agent can select the outcomes of a lead and plan the next actions. Salzbay CRM already has multiple type of stages which Admin/Agent can choose from.

Where can I see all my reminders?

A user can check all of his reminders in the 3rd icon called Reminders. Our smart calendar will display all the reminders in the day, week and month format. All the completed tasks will be marked in  green and uncompleted reminders will be marked in blue colour.

What are Tasks?

Tasks are the list of activities or actions that are planned by Admin / Agent on a customer’s account. We have created a smart outcomes and a task box in which the Admin / Agent can create tasks.

How to create Tasks?

There are 2 ways in which you can create tasks.  

  • In customers you can use the dropdown in stages and select the outcome as per the your next action.  
  • You can search a customer’s account by name / email address / phone number and directly add a task from his profile.   
How to mark task as complete?

You simply have to go in that particular task, click on edit, select a complete date and save the changes. An Admin/ Agent can also extend the task date by editing to a new date.   

Please Note:   

  • You cannot edit a completed task.
What is customer profile and what all information can I see in it?

Customer profile will show all the information of a customer and it also captures every activity on the account.  

All the customer details are available with just a click and an Agent/ Admin can see edit the information.   

Below is the Information Admin/ Agent can see.  

  • Name, Number, Email address, Agent associated on the account, Lead source, Campaign name etc.   
  • Notes, Tasks, Deals, History.
What is Salzbay Teams?

Salzbay Teams is a unique feature which allows Admin to create multiple teams as per the Project requirement. An Admin can add/remove team members anytime. Teams is a very special feature which will help Admin to give access to agents he/she wants as per every project / campaign. This will make sure other Agents don’t have access to projects and campaigns in which they are not included.
